When it comes to keeping golf courses, businesses, and recreational riders moving across the Upper Midwest, All Season Golf Cars, with locations in Bismarck and West Fargo, has built a powerful reputation for always treating customers like family.
Established in 2002 by Allen and Dawn Pritchard as a small engine repair shop, the business expanded into a premier golf cart sales, parts, and leasing enterprise.
North Dakota’s Largest Golf Cart Dealer
InMarch 2023, the Steckler family purchased the operation, stepping into a legacy that spans decades.
Today, under the entity TLM Holdings LLC, All Season Golf Cars is the only dealer in the region that sells new and used club cars, provides repair and service carts, maintains a full parts department, operates 300 rental cars, and leases cars to 90 golf courses annually.
To anchor their rapid success and lay the foundation for future growth, the Stecklers partnered with Kayla Bosch at Security First Bank of North Dakota and Lewis & Clark Development Group to finance their recent expansion.
Using a One-Two Financing Punch
All Season Golf Cars benefited from a powerful one-two financing punch – using the SBA 504 Loan program and the Flex PACE community match – to secure financing to refinance their existing Bismarck commercial condo unit and to purchase the adjacent condo unit they had previously leased.
Securing the adjacent property came at a critical strategic juncture. In June 2024, All Season Golf Cars officially expanded into Bismarck, a calculated move designed to capture the state’s untapped western market.
By using the SBA 504 program’s long-term, fixed-rate structure and Flex PACE financing, the Stecklers successfully stabilized their real estate overhead. This allowed All Season Golf Cars to aggressively deploy its liquid working capital to scale inventory, parts, and logistics for the new Bismarck location rather than tying it up in a massive real estate down payment.
“Lewis and Clark Development Group and Security First Bank stepped up in every way to allow All Season Golf Cars to continue to grow and expand throughout North Dakota, says Dustin Steckler. “With the financing structure, we were able to open our Bismarck location a year earlier than we would have with typical financing. They both made the process very easy.”
Capitalizing on Facility Ownership
Owning both commercial units gives the enterprise the physical capacity required to manage its sprawling fleet contracts, busy repair shop, localized service agreements, and heavy parts volume under a single centralized umbrella.
“The Stecklers have done a phenomenal job taking an already successful business and finding new paths for growth,” says Derrick Becker, LCD Group Commercial Lending Director. “By partnering with Security First Bank of North Dakota, we were able to use the SBA 504 program and Flex PACE to freeze their real estate costs, giving them the flexibility needed to expand into western North Dakota and secure their status as a statewide industry leader.”
