For years, LCD Group Housing Director Lisa Pogatshnik has managed the organization’s single-family home programs, DREAM Fund, and EP2 Program. Her portfolio was recently expanded to include all LCD Group multi-family housing programs.
Unified Approach to Housing
LCD Group Executive Director Brent Ekstrom said the change makes strategic sense as unifying residential operations helps LCD better address North Dakota’s growing workforce and senior housing needs. It also reflects Pogatshnik’s leadership and expertise.
“Lisa’s leadership and tireless efforts to connect with local communities, lenders, and borrowers make her the ideal fit for this expanded role,” says Ekstrom.
“Her hands-on approach and deep knowledge of our programs ensure LCD Group remains at the forefront of affordable housing solutions throughout North Dakota.”
Statewide Community Outreach
In recent weeks, Pogatshnik has been traveling across the state presenting LCD Group’s housing programs to various banking groups.
“There is strong interest in collaborative initiatives to support homebuyers and developers. As Brent frequently stresses, an all-hands-on-deck approach is needed to tackle North Dakota’s housing challenges. This includes both single-family and multi-family projects,” adds Pogatshnik.
“Whether it’s a single-family home or a multi-family development, our priority is to provide attainable, affordable, and safe housing for North Dakotans. I am eager and grateful to continue this work.”
