North Dakota Opportunity Fund approves loan to expand plumbing and heating business

The North Dakota Opportunity Fund recently approved a portion of the funding for Haro Property Management, LLP to help fund the purchase of its new headquarters, which will be located at 2716 34th Street NW in Mandan. Starion Bank of Mandan is the lead bank on this project.

Haro Property Management owners Travis Berger and Jacob Hollingsworth will use the building to house their offices and serve as the shop for their plumbing and heating business, Redline Plumbing, Heating, and Air.
Both men are graduates of Mandan High School and established Redline Plumbing, Heating, and Air in 2013. Berger worked for several years with area plumbing companies while earning his Master Plumbing credentials. Hollingsworth is an Army veteran and holds Journeyman plumbing credentials. The expansion into the new building will allow the company to better meet the needs of its growing clientele.

“The purpose of the North Dakota Opportunity Fund is to leverage private financing to help small businesses, including manufacturers, attain the necessary investment to expand and create new jobs. Assisting small business owners like Travis and Jacob is exactly what this program was created to do,” says LCD Group Commercial Lending Director Matt Burthold.

A consortium of 38 municipalities throughout North Dakota has received funding for operating the North Dakota Opportunity Fund. Click here for information about the program, including eligibility, terms and conditions. Also, contact Matt Burthold at or at (701) 667-7601 to learn more.
