Regional Council approves loan for new Mandan restaurant

Residents and visitors to Mandan will soon have another dining option and 40 new full- and part-time jobs will be created thanks, in part, to the Lewis & Clark Regional Development Council.

The Council  recently approved a loan through its Intermediary Relending Program – Mandan (IRPM) fund for a portion of the fund for the ‘Old Ten Bar and Grill’ to be located on Main Street in Mandan. Starion Bank of Mandan is the project’s lead bank.

Allan Miller and Cody Stern purchased the building located at 417 East Main in Mandan and plan to renovate it to house the new restaurant. Miller and Stern are co-owners of Any Leaks Contracting. They will be joined in this business venture by Allan’s brother Curt Miller who has 20 years of restaurant management experience.

Their vision for ‘Old 10’ is to combine a family friendly restaurant with a bar to serve those aged 21 and older.

The menu will include steaks, pasta, pizza, and a variety of other choices.
