For Jayden Wiest, bringing fresh, organic, cold-pressed juice to Mandan is more than just a business venture – it is a homecoming.
After launching The Juice Co. in March 2026 while balancing nursing studies and work as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Wiest brought her products back to Mandan for the summer. Selling out weekly at the BisMarket and pop-up events, the overwhelming local demand proved that Mandan was ready for its own dedicated cold-pressed juice shop.
Local, Organic, and Health-Focused
The Juice Co. produces raw, nutrient-rich, cold-pressed organic juices crafted to support a healthy, convenient lifestyle.
Alongside its core lineup of signature bottled fruit and vegetable juices, the business offers wellness shots, smooth blend options, and catered beverage packages for community events like the Bismarck Marathon.
To transition from a temporary commercial kitchen to a permanent storefront, Wiest partnered with Lewis & Clark Development Group to secure financing through the IRP II Fund – a specialized regional revolving loan fund serving Mandan – along with Flex PACE interest buydown support.
“Gap financing programs like our IRP II Fund and Flex PACE exist to help dedicated young business owners, like Jayden, overcome initial capital barriers and establish permanent roots in our communities,” says Chris Masse, LCD Group Loan Officer.
Fueling Hometown Growth
The funding backed Wiest’s $205,000 purchase of a 915-square-foot location at 2041 40th Avenue SE in Mandan.
The permanent location allows The Juice Co. to expand production capacity, broaden its healthy product line, and create local jobs.
“Returning to Mandan to open a permanent location is especially meaningful to me because it allows me to give back to the community that invested in me,’ says Wiest.
